Names, email addresses, phone numbers and delivery addresses. The security of our supporters is a priority. This information is kept for 5 working days and deleted fully every single Saturday apart from emails as this is how we will communicate with customers and supporters. 

How we use your information: 

We use your personal information to process and deliver orders, contact you about changes in delivery of your purchase, respond to questions or customer support requests and to comply with legal and tax obligations. All info apart from your email is deleted within 5 working days.

Your personal data is secured on a 2 factor authentication password system where only the 2 founders of the group have access to, as mentioned we only keep personal information for  working days apart from emails, as this is how we communicate with supporters and customers. We only share data with trusted third parties in order to fulfil orders, such as with royal mail and payment processors such as Paypal, and Wix where this website is hosted for analytics reviews. 

Your rights 

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access any personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion of your data before the 5 working days, object to processing or withdraw consent which means we would not be able to process your order so a refund would be issued within 2 working days. Request a copy of your data we hold in portable format.
